Foundation for the Revitalisation of Local Health Traditions (FRLHT) is a registered Public Trust and Charitable Society, which is dedicated to the cause of revitalizing India’s medical heritage. A Sam Pitroda Foundation, it is backed by Ratan Tata and managed by Padmashree Dr. Darshan Shankar and a panel of experts who are widely acclaimed experts in the field of Ayurvedic Medicine.
‘Training Program in Ayurveda Panchakarma Therapy’ is a six-month course initiated and implemented by FRLHT, Bangalore in collaboration with IGNOU-IIVET, Shillong and supported by the North Council of India, to train young boys and girls from North-East part of India.
Athena 360° was signed as long-term partner for improving the soft skills of different batches of North-Eastern students who were training to become Panchakarma Therapists .
Athena spent substantial amounts of time to understand these students who belonged to a slightly different culture and environment. They needed to become Class I therapists to effectively service FRLHT’s esteemed clientele from across the world.
A programme was designed to deliver a series of trainings over a long period of time with regular monitoring.
